TheCareerHQ provides a done-for-you reverse recruitment executive job search service. Operating on a monthly retainer, our services include ATS-optimized resume preparation, LinkedIn profile optimization, career strategy formulation, submission of public job applications, and hidden job market outreach to hiring authorities and executive recruiters on your behalf.
Fees: Our service operates on a month-to-month recurring retainer of USD $499 per month. Payment must be collected before service begins for each billing cycle.
No Contracts: There are no long-term contracts, lock-ins, or setup fees. You operate on a month-to-month basis and may cancel at any time.
Refunds: Because our services involve immediate, labor-intensive asset creation and personalized outreach, we do not offer retroactive refunds for work already performed. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel prior to your upcoming renewal date.

To successfully execute our hidden job market strategy, TheCareerHQ requires your active participation during the onboarding phase. This includes timely completion of the intake form and explicit written approval of your Career Assets (Resume, LinkedIn Playbook, Career Strategy Document) before Phase 3 execution begins.
LinkedIn Access & Risk Acknowledgment: Our service model depends on accessing your LinkedIn account to send targeted connection requests and messages on your behalf. By using our service, you grant us explicit consent to operate your account. You acknowledge that if LinkedIn detects unusual login activity (especially across international IP addresses), your account may be subject to temporary restriction or verification. While we utilize best practices to prevent this, TheCareerHQ is not liable for actions taken by LinkedIn regarding your account.
While we guarantee the procurement of interviews, TheCareerHQ is not a traditional staffing agency and does not guarantee that you will receive a job offer. The final hiring decision rests entirely with the employer.
Furthermore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to a target salary, a specific job title, or placement at a specific requested company. Your success in interviews ultimately depends on your individual performance, background, and market conditions.
We take client confidentiality seriously. All outbound email communications are conducted through a secure, dedicated job-search email address created specifically for you. We do not make public announcements on your behalf and will never notify your current employer of your job search.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
